What is the ‘Forever Guarantee’?
The Forever Guarantee means that as long as we’re in business, we’ll hang onto both your raw footage and final product. Since we back up everything we shoot digitally, we can always go back and change, upgrade, or improve the package you originally purchased. Say, for example, you purchase our Something Old wedding package. You receive the final product, and you love watching it, but you can’t convince your friends to sit through the whole 90-minute story, so you think, “Boy, I sure wish we’d gotten a highlights reel.” With the Forever Guarantee, it’s not too late—just drop us a line and we can put together a highlights reel for you after the fact. Of course, some restrictions may apply; we can’t edit footage that we never shot, for example.
But a much more important consequence of the Forever Guarantee is this: if you should ever lose or misplace your Silk & Silver DVD or Blu-ray—whether it’s two years from now or twenty—you can always get another copy.
