What exactly is an "SDE"?

Video editing can take a long time. Especially if we have a lot of footage to sift through, and even more so if your wedding is late in the season (October or November). The more footage we have, the more we have to go through to pick out the best moments to fit into a video of reasonable length; the later your wedding is, the more weddings we'll have to have finished before we can get to yours. Late November weddings in a busy year have taken up to six months to turn around in the past.

That's why we offer the SDE. SDE in our case stands for "Swift Digital Edit"--it's a short montage of your wedding, the length of a single song, edited artistically rather than narratively (i.e., the goal is to hit on a theme rather than on each individual event), that has a quick turn-around from footage to final.

How quick? Within 48 hours of your wedding.
